RATES & BOOKING CONDITIONS

*** Single surcharge of 0%.
*** Rates are negotiable for longer visits / monthly stays / regular visits.
*** 50% deposit to secure booking
*** Cancellation policy :–
       A ‘Non arrival’ will incur the full accommodation charge.
       Cancellations prior to 1 month of arrival date – 10% of deposit is forfeited;
       within 1 month but prior to 2 weeks of arrival date – 50% of deposit is forfeited;
       within 2 weeks but prior to 1 week of arrival date – 75% of deposit is forfeited
       and cancellations within one week of your stay – 100% of deposit is forfeited.                        
*** The shortening of your stay will incur a 100% charge for days not in occupation.
*** The house and all rooms are non smoking. Guests may smoke on their private 
       patios and/or in the garden.
*** No children under 12 years old can be accommodated without prior arrangements.
*** Please note that there are different prices for the duration of the FIFA Soccer World Cup.
